1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Treasure Boxes website (thetreasureboxes.com) and our custom packaging services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Overview

The Treasure Boxes provides custom packaging design, manufacturing, and delivery services including but not limited to:

Custom printed boxes (mailer, rigid, gift, kraft, display, and specialty packaging)
Bespoke structural packaging design
Free dieline templates and 3D mockup creation
Sample kit production and delivery
Bulk and wholesale packaging orders

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Pricing is based on specifications including box type, dimensions, quantity, material, print method, and finishes.
We guarantee a quote response within 4 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm CST).
Final pricing is confirmed upon artwork approval and production order placement.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if specifications change after the initial quote.

4. Orders & Production

Minimum Order: We have no minimum order quantity. Orders start from 50 units.
Artwork Approval: Production begins only after written approval of dieline, artwork, and 3D renders.
Production Time: Standard production is 7 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders (3–4 business days) are available upon request.
Quality Control: All orders undergo multi-stage quality inspection before shipping.
Order Modifications: Changes to specifications after production has started may incur additional charges and delays.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required before production begins unless a credit account has been established.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
For orders exceeding $5,000, a 50% deposit may be required with the balance due before shipping.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping: All orders include free tracked shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, and Australia.
Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after production completion.
Shipping to other regions is available at quoted rates.
The Treasure Boxes is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Sample Kits

Sample Kits are priced at $50 and include 6 curated structures across different materials and finishes.
The $50 fee is fully credited toward your first production order.
Sample Kits are shipped via tracked delivery to supported regions.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on production orders.
If your order contains a manufacturing defect, we will reprint or refund the affected items at no cost.
Claims for defects must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Colour variations of ΔE ≤ 2 from approved artwork are considered within acceptable tolerance and do not qualify for claims.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your artwork, logos, and brand assets submitted for printing.
You warrant that submitted designs do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
The Treasure Boxes retains ownership of proprietary dieline templates and structural engineering designs.
Bespoke structural designs become your exclusive property upon full payment (Atelier and Grand Maison tiers).

10. Limitation of Liability

The Treasure Boxes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Price Match Promise

We will match or beat any verified comparable quote from a competitor for the same specifications (material, print method, quantity, and finish). The competing quote must be in writing and from a legitimate packaging supplier.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
