Return and Refund Policy
If products are defective or do not match the order specifications, you must notify us within 3 working days. While we do not issue refunds, we may reprint orders if the defect is determined to be our responsibility. Proof of defect must be provided, and the defective products returned within 7 working days.Order Placement, Payment, and Cancellation
All orders are priced in USD. Full payment, including shipping, taxes, and fees, is required before production. Users must approve digital proofs before printing begins. Changes after proof approval are not allowed. Orders may only be canceled within 4 hours of proof approval with a 5% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be canceled beyond this time.Design Services
All design services are non-refundable.Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to all orders unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided at the time of order.Artwork Submission and Proof Approval
Artwork must be submitted at a minimum of 300 dpi and in CMYK format. Users are responsible for providing accurate print-ready files. We are not liable for artwork loss, distortion, or color variations due to incorrect submissions. By submitting artwork, you confirm ownership or authorization to use the materials. Offensive or illegal content may be refused.Proofs and Color Accuracy
Users must approve proofs before printing. The Treasure Boxes is not liable for delays caused by late or non-approval. Color variations due to printing processes, lamination, or file conversions are not subject to reprint claims.Printing Methods and Quantities
Gang printing is not commonly used but may be applied as needed. Standard practice includes delivering 5% extra units. Shortfalls will be billed for actual quantity received.Website and Terms Updates
We reserve the right to update the website and terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of updated terms.
